Before sending your phones to us
Please:

Remove Sim-card and memory card
2 Place phone in a Jiffy
bag or bubble wrap .
3 Post it to us using
recorded delivery or a signed for delivery service
4 Put your contact details
and problem with phone etc on a note
5 If you have contacted
us and been given a quote let us know the cost we gave you (and reference no if given)
6 We aim to repair the
phone THE DAY WE RECEIVE IT and to return it ,the same day by Postal Special delivery so please ensure
we have a contact phone number
7 Prior to return we
will contact you for your payment details
8 All our repairs are
despatched using next day special delivery and make a minimum charge of £5 towards post and packing
9 Once you have received your
repaired unit can you e-mail us with a note of how you found your dealings with us
